The Pineapple Principles!

Energy!

Energy is a big topic these days, and maybe lack of it is a concern of yours. Cookie Aloha takes a persons energy level very seriously, and she breaks the study of how to have a healthy energy life into what she calls ‘The Pineapple Principles’. Understanding them will help you answer the question ‘Is My Spine S.A.F.E.?’

Here they are;

1) Eat mostly fresh vegetables and fruits (not fruit juices) that have lots of bright color in them!

2) Document your life in a journal every day, especially your dreams and goals.

3) Don’t eat much candy, bread, pasta, potatoes, or refined grains.

4) Get at least 30 minutes of semi-vigorous exercise every day!

The next few posts I put up will expand on Cookie Aloha’s Pineapple Principles and how to put them to work for you to reach your own dreams!
