Hi Folks,

Welcome to this brief talk about the Sugar Index! (also sometimes called the Glycemic Index). The Sugar Index is one of the most important tools you have to help make your Spine S.A.F.E., and improving your health, relationships, and ability to do focused work! This talk is related to Pineapple Principles 1 and 3;

1) Eat mostly fresh vegetables and fruits that have a lot of bright colors in them!

3) Don’t eat much candy, bread, pasta, potatoes, or refined grains!
